Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room, dining table, and kitchen. Adjacent to this, a second seating area, featuring a cozy small sofa and a tasteful coffee table, and the indoor dining table await. Enhancing the allure of the room, both the dining and seating area graciously open up to reveal a splendid veranda, equipped with a comfortable outdoor living room, that provides access to the pool terrace after descending a few steps and enjoys beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-quality FRANKE appliances and a breakfast island with 8 chairs, providing all essentials for a self-catered holiday. Furthermore, a bedroom with a 1,60 X 2,00 bed and balcony access is also located on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin.

First Floor

Reaching the first floor guests will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of Villa Kalliston. More specifically:

- The master bedroom features a 1,80 X 2,00 bed, 32’’ TV, safe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Also an armchair that unfolds to a single bed, can accommodate one more guest.

- A bedroom with a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Also, an armchair that unfolds to a single bed, can accommodate one more guest.

Both bedrooms offer access to a balcony enjoying beautiful sea views, overlooking the pool area and equipped with two seating areas.

- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (0,90X2,00), each one offering access to its own private balcony equipped with patio furniture.

- A bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower cabin, and cabinet with enclosed washer and dryer.

Outdoor area

However, the crown jewel of Villa Kalliston is its outdoor space, that’s complemented by magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area from almost every angle.
